TAKING PSALM 126 PERSONALLY!

If you take Psalm 126:1-6 personally it means that He will "turn" (deliver) you from the captivity of the enemy. He will fill your mouth with laughter and your tongue with singing. Then others that know of you will say that The Lord has done great things for you and you will realize that the Lord has done great things for you. Although you are weeping now, you shall reap (gather the rewards of the harvest) with joy.

Also I ministered James 5:7 a couple of weeks ago. "Be patient therefore, brethren unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waits for the precious fruit of the earth, and has long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain." I have read this many times and always saw the rain as coming from the Lord. However, rain is a matter of perspective. It rains and one person says it is a blessing and another person is ticked off because it spoils their trip to the beach. Same rain, different perspectives. What I had not seen was this. I know that the farmer must have the early and latter rain to have a harvest. So, it works this way...a person starts believing God for something and almost immediately the early rain comes, i.e. someone comes along to rain on his parade. Then they wonder why is this happening. If they stay with it, before the harvest comes, the latter rain (which is always the heaviest) comes. The farmer knows that these rains are inevitable for his harvest to come. So, what does all this mean? I believe that many of us have been believing for some things from God and we have already had the early rain. But now that we are so close to it we can almost taste it, here comes the latter rain. It seems to be a flood. The enemy will try and stop you early on, but if you stay with it, right before your breakthrough he lowers the boom. But if we still stay with the promises of God we will reap "if we faint not". I refuse to faint! This is the time for all of us to "have an attitude". Knowing that suffering comes right before glory!
